Trilateral Research & Consulting is a London-based Limited Liability Partnership , created in 2004 by David Wright, Don Jayasuriya and Colin Blackman. It specialises in research and the provision of strategic, policy and regulatory advice on new technologies, risk and security issues. In addition to its managing partners, Trilateral has several partners and associates plus a network of other specialists upon whom it can call according to the needs of specific assignments.
